The Institute of Politics network represents a collaborative community of academic institutions committed to bridging the gap between higher education and public service. A Shared Legacy: All participating Institutes of Politics were modeled after the pioneering Harvard Kennedy School Institute of Politics, founded in 1966 as a living memorial to President John F. Kennedy. This shared foundation creates natural opportunities for collaboration, student exchange, and joint programming across institutions.
