We are proud to partner with APPLES Service-Learning, Carolina's Center for Public Service, to host our application on their portal. Simply go to the APPLES partner portal and sign in with your onyen login and password to apply for an internship position.
For Summer 2019, the IOP is offering 19 internships in Washington D.C. and across North Carolina.
Interns agree to complete 320 hours of work, receive a $2,500 stipend, and enroll in a one-credit hour online service-learning course in the summer provided through the Carolina Courses Online summer program and the William and Ida Friday Center for Continuing Education. This course counts for the EE-Service-Learning general education requirement. Students who are selected to intern in DC will not be required to take the online course, but may opt in if desired.
The application is live and will close on January 21, 2019.
